About Us

Trembling Void Studios creates optimistic, inclusive media—including The Switch, the world’s first transgender TV sitcom. Our next step? Disrupting authoritarianism and media oligopolies by releasing a politically radical TV series under a Creative Commons license, encouraging people to legally torrent and share it.

We are looking for a Media-Outreach Publicist to reach conventional media, land press, and share this bold vision with the world.

What You’ll Do

• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and custom pitches
• Build relationships with journalists, podcasters, and editors
• Secure coverage in mainstream and niche outlets
• Track press hits and maintain contact lists
• Position Trembling Void as a leader in inclusive and decentralized media
• Help shape public messaging that champions trans rights, human rights, and media democratization
• Access curated journalist lists for this role and your own media projects
• Receive free producing, creative, and financial consulting on your media projects from seasoned producers
• Enjoy flexible hours and remote work
• Be part of a humanitarian effort to decentralize media access

Who Should Apply
