A leading outdoor apparel company is seeking an APAC Localization Manager to oversee localization processes and ensure content resonates with local audiences across the Asia-Pacific region. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience, strong project management skills, and be fluent in English along with at least one APAC language. The role involves working collaboratively with global and regional teams to ensure quality and cultural appropriateness in communication efforts.
As the APAC Localization Manager you are responsible for maintaining our global tone of voice and creative intention in our four (4) supported languages while also ensuring we respect cultural nuances and authenticity to local audiences. You help drive our global language strategy and are an integral part of ensuring the success of our internal and external communication with brand and product within the Asia-Pacific region.
You will work as part of the APAC Operations team to ensure content is localized with precision – not just translated, and resonates with the local customers and team while staying true to our brand ethos. You will work in close partnership with the global and regional teams – Retail Operations, Training, and Product teams based in Tokyo, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and Vancouver.
