Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in disability management, insurance, or health-related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant health discipline or a Disability Management Certificate.
• Knowledge of Disability Management principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate and case manage disability absences.
• Facilitate recovery and return to work for employees on medical leave.
• Document case files and communicate with team members.

Skills

2-3 years' experience in disability management, insurance or health related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Excellent conflict resolution skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Kinesiology or related health discipline
