Job summary
A leading global medical technology company is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Scugog, Ontario. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards for inventory management. Candidates should have a strong background in logistics, experience working with ERP systems, and hold a valid forklift license. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to improving patient outcomes through efficient warehouse management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with ERP systems in a warehouse environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader responsible for several warehouse employees.
- Valid forklift license required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as backup to the Warehouse Manager in warehouse operations.
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
