A local financial co-operative in Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Member Services Representative to engage with members, conduct transactions, and provide assistance with digital banking. The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary diploma and have at least 2 years of customer service or retail experience. The successful candidate will require a post secondary diploma from an accredited College or University or a minimum of 2 years of cash handling, retail and/or customer service experience. You will need a positive attitude, an appetite for continuous learning and a desire to help others maintain and reach their financial goals.
