Qualifications

• You must have experience in advising transactional matters in one or several of the below areas: general banking, infrastructure / project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, structured finance.
• You must have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise, local insight and the latest industry know-how to our clients.
• You have outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills, combined with a strong industry reputation, excellent transactional and management skills.
• You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups. You will display a considerable appetite for business development, client relationship management and other commercial activities.
• You will have a strong commitment to continuing your own professional development and be passionate about coaching and mentoring your team members who will look to you for guidance and direction.
