POSITION SUMMARY

RP Sandhills is seeking a Remote Day General Radiologist. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology. This opportunity is a full-time position reading for a 452-bed hospital (Southeastern Regional Medical Center) who sees over 15,000 inpatient and over 60,000 emergency room patients annually. Evening and overnight reads are provided for remotely.

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

This position is based remotely serving our practice in Lumberton, NC. Lumberton is within proximity to Fayetteville and Interstate 95 and is known as the halfway point between New York and Florida. This area offers something for everyone, mountains, beach, or golf.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Current license or ability to obtain license in North Carolina
• Fellows and residents welcome to apply
• Experience reading PET and Prostate is considered a plus
