What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and grow the sales vertical across the United States
- Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team
- Focus on customer engagement and sales activities, supported by dedicated teams for estimating, project management, and service execution
- Deliver integrated product and service solutions to foster long-term relationships with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and expand the direct customer base
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that resulted in significant revenue growth
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Power Management industry or Infrastructure vertical
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills
