Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy? Join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Analyst, a critical role that ensures employees are paid correctly and on time. This position focuses on managing all timekeeping processes across Irving Shipbuilding, ensuring precision in hours worked, gross dollar submissions, and general ledger postings.
As a key member of the HR team, you’ll collaborate with Labour Relations, Production, HR Advisory, Corporate Services, and Data Management to maintain seamless operations and support our workforce.
Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
