Job Description
What you'll need to have
  • University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Perfect command of spoken and written French, and an intermediate level of spoken and written English. Knowledge of English is required due to the need to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
  • Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.
  • In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals.
  • In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change.
  • Be the Client of the Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond People & Culture experience).
