Position: Tax Professional (Seasonal & Year-Round Opportunities)

As we expand for the upcoming tax season, we’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented Tax Professionals to join our team.

• Prepare accurate individual and/or business tax returns (federal & state).
• Review financial records such as income statements and documentation provided by clients.
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and due diligence requirements.
• Identify credits, deductions, and tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Educate clients on their financial and tax situations in a professional and approachable manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, virtually, or by phone.

• Prior experience in tax preparation preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• PTIN required (willingness to obtain before season start).
• Knowledge of IRS rules, tax credits, and deductions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, client-friendly way.
• Comfortable using tax preparation software and secure client portals.
