- Deep knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Control Centre Monitor (CCM) deployment and support.
- Experience with file transmission protocols such as Connect Direct, SFTP, and FTPS.
- Strong background in SSL certificate management, including renewal and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, AIX, and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to perform scripting in Perl, Python, shell, etc.
Responsibilities

- Configure and support inbound/outbound SFG adapters for integration.
- Manage log compression and retention strategies for SFG.
- Perform version upgrades for SFG and CCM, validating results before rollout.
