Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Control Centre Monitor (CCM) deployment and support.
• Experience with file transmission protocols such as Connect Direct, SFTP, and FTPS.
• Strong background in SSL certificate management, including renewal and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, AIX, and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to perform scripting in Perl, Python, shell, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, support, and upgrade SFG and CCM systems.
• Configure and support inbound/outbound SFG adapters for integration.
• Manage log compression and retention strategies for SFG.
• Perform version upgrades for SFG and CCM, validating results before rollout.
• Provide operational support for OS patches and security updates.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
