What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
  • Prepare customized POS test scripts and generate test scripts while verifying results
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers with variances
  • Coordinate testing and quality assurance procedures with partner companies before deployment
  • Analyze and report on potential future problems or operational issues, providing recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for clear reporting and specification delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Tandem and Base-24
  • Familiarity with credit card operations (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) and Interac regulations
