What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
  • Prepare customized POS test scripts and generate test results throughout the execution process
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
  • Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before system deployment
  • Analyze situations that may lead to future operational issues and make recommendations accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma and relevant post‑secondary education or experience
  • 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for clear reporting and specification delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints while adhering to company policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24 is an asset
  • Familiarity with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) and Interac operational rules is beneficial
