Position Overview : We are searching for a licensed civil engineer with a P.Eng based in the GTA that can be our professional engineer of record in Canada. This role consists of overseeing civil engineering activities in compliance with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) standards. This part-time role supports our compliance with the PEO standards as we expand into Canada.Time Commitment : This position may take 1-3 hours per day depending on nature of the work, it would be mostly remote, communicating through virtual meetings with regional offices.Responsibilities : - Act as an official Professional Engineer for HS Group’s Canadian office- Review and stamp engineering drawings, reports, and technical submissions when needed- Help write technical and financial proposals for tenders- Monitoring projects and ensuring they follow all relevant codes and standardsQualifications - Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng), in Ontario, with good standing- Bachelors in Engineering- Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience- Familiar with relevant building codes and standards- Fundamental knowledge in writing technical and financial proposals- Strong presentation and communication skillsWhy Join HS Group?
