Overview

Job Title : Bilingual Project Manager (French & English)

Location : Montreal, QC

Pay Rate : $44.13 per hour

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Employment Type : Full-Time, Remote

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Bilingual Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of complex outsourcing and technology deployment projects. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and completion of large-scale equipment rollouts within a multi-department client environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring project profitability and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage activities across internal teams, external vendors, and client departments.
  • Track project progress, control costs, and report on key milestones.
  • Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and implement contingency plans to maintain project objectives.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders at all stages of the project.
  • Oversee change management activities such as training, post-install technical support, and process adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
Qualifications
  • Mandatory bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
  • PMP / PMI certification with 3–5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven success managing multi-phase, multi-location technology rollouts or similar large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
