Job description

TreowGroup is seeking a Part-Time / Casual HR Advisor to support our clients with Recruitment, Policy Development, and HR Administration.

Please note: This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional seeking fractional work on a part-time or casual basis. It is not expected to transition into a full-time position. While the role is primarily remote (approximately 90%), occasional site visits will be required in Hamilton, Niagara, and GTA areas.

What You’ll Make an Impact
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination
  • Support the development and administration of Health & Safety programs
  • Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports, decks, and training materials for clients and internal use
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and provide HR guidance
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs
  • Manage HR-related administration and documentation
  • Create professional presentations and visuals using Canva and Microsoft Office tools
  • Provide support on special projects and ad hoc HR initiatives
What Makes You a Great Fit
