We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our senior management team. In this role, you will be responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You’ll conduct audits, review work orders to ensure timely completion, and monitor emergency requests, escalating issues when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Senior Management, with strong administrative skills including calendar management, document preparation, and professional correspondence. You’ll also be responsible for managing vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and keeping all documentation up to date.
