A recruitment agency in Winnipeg is seeking a Bilingual Help Desk Representative to deliver tier 2 technical support in a dynamic environment. The role requires a community college diploma and at least one year of help desk experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Windows and bilingual in English and French. This full-time position offers a salary of $20.65 per hour and a contract duration of 6 months.
Formación
- 1+ year of help desk or technical support experience is required.
- Familiarity with basic computer network infrastructure is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages is an asset.
Responsabilidades
- Provide first-level help desk support by telephone.
- Assist sales personnel with client-specific software and internal tools.
- Troubleshoot issues in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Deliver effective technical assistance.
- Maintain a professional and helpful approach in a casual work environment.
