Job summary

A prominent healthcare organization in Ponoka seeks an Indigenous Wellness Coordinator. Qualifications

  • Experience in a health care setting or human services field is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advocacy, counseling, support, education and facilitation of wellness services.
  • Build relationships and trust between Indigenous patients and health care providers.
  • Educate about respectful relationships and health care for Indigenous peoples.

Education

Secondary degree in health care or social sciences
