The ideal candidate will manage product demand, engage with various stakeholders, and influence strategies based on customer needs. Experience with product cloud services and a technical background are essential for success in this hybrid role.
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Product Manager.
Product manages a variety of technologies developed and enabled by ITS
You will take care of a portfolio of products, services and capabilities with the goal of making them and their respective features available to applications on a timely basis and increase their level of adoption
Work with the product owners to create synergies, trust and facilitate continuous flow of information
Work with departments, lines of business, applications and projects to understand product demand
Influence strategies and roadmaps based on customer needs, demand and priorities
Be the voice of customers and advocate for them in your interactions with ITS teams
Create, publish and keep current key product information
Engage in multi-channel communication with a variety of stakeholders to increase awareness of customer needs and concerns and key events, changes in strategies, roadmaps and ITS direction
Market products and services to increase adoption levels
Relentlessly grow and improve product management practice
