Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in financial systems and business analysis. Preferred to have experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (or a similar tier-one ERP) to support and enhance our global retail finance systems. As such, experience with a global retail financial system which operates in multiple currencies is essential. This role partners closely with Finance and Technology teams to improve processes, deliver system enhancements, and ensure the stability and accuracy of our financial platforms. This initiative focuses on transforming and optimizing our global retail finance systems to support a rapidly evolving business landscape. The project involves enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and its integrations with critical platforms such as Coupa, GTNexus, and Accruent (Lucernex). The goal is to streamline financial processes across multiple regions, improve data accuracy, and deliver scalable solutions that enable global standardization. By leveraging technology and best practices, this project will strengthen financial operations, reduce complexity, and provide a robust foundation for future growth.

Skills and Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• 7–10+ years of business and or systems analysis experience within a financial space

• Systems analysis experience over a large global financial retail system (Oracle EBS preferred, or similar Tier 1 systems such as SAP 4Hana, Oracle Fusion ETC.)

• Global Enterprise level experience required

• Strong understanding of retail finance processes

• Experience undertaking QA activities (functional testing, regression testing, UAT) with both manual and automation testing experience

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Hands-on functional troubleshooting experience.

• Accounting background strongly preferred

• Comfortable being hands on and capable to map and design, with an affinity for working onsite! -Plusses: Accounting certifications preferred
