About the job

We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position is needed to work side-by-side with senior leaders in Twilio’s engineering org to craft bold talent strategies that grow organizational capabilities, evolve ways-of-working, and fuel a culture built to deliver world-class CPaaS products. You’ll report directly to the HRBP lead for the Chief Product Officer and join a group of high-impact HR peers. This role is custom-built for someone who thrives in a product-development environment and is motivated to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

This role brings energy, insight, and action to every challenge by:

  • Taking a consultative, data-driven approach to uncover opportunities
  • Using analytics and insights to drive timely, targeted outcomes
  • Building high-ROI programs, ranging from org design, workforce planning, and culture curation
  • Partnering closely with HR COEs to ensure your functional talent strategy syncs with cyclical programs

Location

This role will be remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
