A leading travel management company is seeking a Senior Back End Engineer to enhance its core platform. Located remotely in Canada, the role requires extensive experience in software development, particularly with Node.js and JavaScript. The successful applicant will collaborate with product teams to create user-centered software and guide junior engineers. We are looking for a Back End focused engineer to be a pivotal member of our engineering team. You will be working closely with product managers and developers who like to use lots of interesting technologies to develop core features used across the WhereTo platform. A great fit for this role is someone who is always intrigued by new technology, is constantly finding better ways to write beautiful, shareable, scalable and solid code, is comfortable working in a fast paced remote environment, and is a team player.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $110,000- $130,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
