Working from our customer location at 1929 Ogilvie Road, Gloucester, Ottawa
Work as part of a team by providing Project Management Specialist for the site. You will own and manage all site variations ensuring capital projects get completed on time and on budget with the proper level of required documentation also booking OPEX and Lifecycle and creating plans that can be followed short and long term. Documentation such as detailed estimates, schedules, close out documents and drawings to ensure accuracy and to keep key stakeholders up to date. You will help provide professional project management services, projects that involve renovating and maintaining the building, systems, equipment, and life cycle activities while meeting the needs of the building occupants and Honeywell project management requirements.
Provide expertise on assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of buildings and facilities. Able to update and maintain documentation on site such as drawings, commissioning reports and safety audits. Understanding financials and being able to forecast accordingly and quote work will be a key requirement of this role.
Drive continuous improvements throughout the site location in support of Honeywell Facilities and Honeywell Operating System related activities. Be part of a team that creates an inclusive, effective and clean work environment for others.
Be eligible to obtain and maintain Top Secret SIGNET clearance as well as CGP clearance.
