Job Description

As a Plant Director here at Honeywell, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site. You will oversee and guide production and logistics processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross‑functional leadership, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Your decisions and strategies will directly influence the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing productivity, ensuring quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of the business. Your strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high‑performing team will create a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and integrate production and inventory management processes.
  • Create and execute strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain.
  • Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and make data‑driven recommendations for planning.
  • Oversee the management of supplier relationships and contract negotiation.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams and leadership to uphold established quality standards.
Qualifications

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000–200,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
