A leading technology firm in Penetanguishene is seeking a Facilities Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure the effective management and maintenance of facilities, supporting the day-to-day operations to create a safe and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities include administrative support, maintenance coordination, and lifecycle project management. The ideal candidate possesses a post-secondary education and at least 2 years of experience in facilities coordination or healthcare facilities. You will report directly to our Sr Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Penetanguishene, ON location.
In this role, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization’s facility. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and systems are maintained in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The coordinator acts as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth facility operations.
