Agent Audit & Billing

Responsibilities:

1. The role of the Audit agent is to review assignments worked by Recovery and Sales Departments and to close files on RepoHighway.com, ensuring files are processed in accordance with set guidelines and provincial regulations related to the repossession and liquidation of Creditor(s)’ moveable assets. The Auditor provides value-based recommendations as required.
2. Ensure client requests are facilitated appropriately and that services are delivered effectively and efficiently, exceeding client expectations.
3. Develop and maintain industry knowledge to ensure adherence to client mandates, laws, and procedures regarding recovery and redemptions.
4. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to review files, verify information and related costs are accurate, and ensure supporting documentation is provided by the supply chain.
5. Report directly to the Audit Manager, performing all duties accurately and in alignment with target mandates. Assist other departments as needed, including task completion, reception relief, and other duties assigned by management.
