Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in drone mapping and processing.
  • Transport Canada Advanced Drone Pilot License is required.
  • Experience with drone mapping, photogrammetry, lidar, orthomosaics, RTK, and thermography is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Technical support – Provide expert support for our drone fleet and software, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Job estimation and planning – Estimate job requirements, develop and maintain maintenance plans, and conduct flight planning for various projects.
  • Safety compliance – Ensure all drone operations adhere to safe work practices and regulations, thoroughly documenting compliance procedures.
  • Project leadership – Fly or lead various complex drone projects, overseeing the collection of data and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Data reporting – Gather dimensional data and prepare accurate, detailed reports for clients.
  • Customer service – Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education – Graduate of a Civil or Geomatics Technology Program or Survey Engineering Program is preferred.
  • Experience – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in drone mapping and processing.
  • Licenses – Transport Canada Advanced Drone Pilot License is required.
  • Organizational skills – Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Technical proficiency – Proficient in using drone processing software and related technologies.
