Job Summary

Conduct performance reviews, studies to determine optimum inventory levels, evaluate industrial facilities, eliminate waste, design time studies, reliability studies, recommend improvements, prepare reports, develop plans, and lead working groups.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Conduct studies to determine optimum inventory levels and utilization of machinery and resources
  • Evaluate or assess industrial facilities to ensure that all opportunities for improvement have been explored
  • Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes
  • Design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs
  • Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering)
  • Experience: 5+ years in plant engineering or related role
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD)
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, production systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, teamwork, initiative, flexibility, reliability skills
