The Mechanical Technician/Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient production. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and adhering to company safety and operational standards.
Finishing: Industrial online pipe cutting machine, threading machine for oil and gas pipes, hydro tester equipment for oil and gas pipes, online coupling buck on machine for oil and gas pipes, walking beam handling equipment, roll conveyor lines, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, grease lubrication systems, oil hydraulic systems, pumps and valves (directional and proportional).
Hot Rolling Mill: Oil hydraulic systems, pumps and valves (directional and proportional), centralized lubrication systems, grease lubrication systems, roll conveyor lines, industrial pipe handling (rotary arms, chains, levers and kicks), gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders and rotary actuators, furnace handling (beams, levers, rolls refractory steel), and walking beam systems.
The hourly range for this role is $33.43 - $44.08 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
