Job Description

Support Revenue Operations including system bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, managing SOX controls, and system configuration for AR.

Create and maintain technical and process documentation

Support projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Finance department.

Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality implementations.

Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders

Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.

Skills and Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience - degree or equivalent experience required
  • Salesforce product knowledge - sales, service cloud, CRM
  • Experience supporting finance systems and processes, including Workday Finance, MuleSoft integrations, revenue operations and indirect tax compliance
  • Strong systems analysis skills: requirements gathering, data and process analysis and translating business needs into clear technical specifications in partnership with development teams
  • Previous Salesforce employee
  • Quote to cash experience (understanding billing concepts and how tax is included)
