- Proven experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar process improvement role
- Demonstrated process analysis and process improvement experience within an operational business environment
- Six Sigma experience (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt preferred) with practical application of Lean / DMAIC methodologies
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Strong background in continuous improvement, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions - Oil & Gas industry experience is considered a strong asset
