Insight Global is looking for a Modernization Business Analyst to join our team on a 12‑month contract. This role will play a key part in identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to support modernization initiatives and drive operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to document current‑state processes, identify gaps, and implement sustainable improvements.

This is a full‑time, in‑office role, with some flexibility to support work‑life balance.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role

  • Extensive experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives within operational environments

  • Six Sigma experience (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt preferred) with hands‑on application of Lean / DMAIC methodologies

  • Experience with process mapping and visualization tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)

  • Proven experience working with data to analyze performance, identify trends, and support modernization initiatives

  • Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) - Hands‑on experience with field oil and gas operations

  • Broader Oil & Gas industry experience considered a strong asset
