- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $17.62~$19.00/hour
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 3
- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
- Prepare, cook, and serve complete meals according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, quality, and service standards
- Make various types of sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, salad, and combination sushi
- Estimate and plan food portions and food requirements
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff
- May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs
- May clean sushi bar/kitchen and work area
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Order ingredients, supplies and equipment as required
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Manage kitchen operations
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
