A local dining establishment in Canmore is seeking a skilled kitchen manager to prepare meals, supervise staff, and oversee kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of cooking experience, focusing on Japanese cuisine. This position requires on-site work with no remote options available.

- 1 to 2 years of cooking experience.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Train staff in food preparation and handling.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food.
- Organize buffets and banquets.
- Manage kitchen operations.
Languages: English

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
