A prominent association in health insurance located in Toronto is seeking an experienced Vice President of Healthcare and Group Benefits. This role requires strong leadership in advocacy efforts and requires advanced communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the Life and Health Insurance industry and contribute to strategic goals. Reporting to the President and CEO, the Vice President, Healthcare and Group Benefits is responsible for the planning, development and effective execution of advocacy efforts and the development of industry best practices related to the industry’s activities in group benefits. This role is also responsible for providing strategic oversight and management of the CLHIA’s long-term healthcare strategy.
The Vice President will be an important member of the senior management team contributing to the develop of CLHIA’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
