- Analyze current and past financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Assist with and maintain performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and other financial reporting.
- Provide variance analysis on revenue, cost of sales, capital expenditures, and other critical metrics.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and insights for leadership.
- Support strategic decision-making with ad hoc analysis and financial modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 1+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite or other enterprise systems preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
