Job Summary

Enable is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our high performing FP&A team. This role will be embedded within one of Enable’s three core functions - Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, or General & Administration - to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and help shape the future direction of the business. You will dive into the detail to drive financial insight, support resource allocation, and enable data‑driven decision making that advances Enable’s growth, resiliency and innovation.

As a senior member of the FP&A team, you will go beyond reporting the numbers – you will interpret them, challenge assumptions, and translate financial data into action. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role is critical in linking financial performance to tactical and strategic outcomes, ensuring executives and functional leaders have the insight they need to make informed, forward‑looking decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary finance partner for the relevant functional leadership, understanding the deep financial and operational detail for your area to provide insights, challenges, and recommendations at a tactical level.
  • Influence resource allocation, investment prioritization, and trade‑off discussions with clear, data‑backed perspectives.
  • Lead financial planning for your function, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Build dynamic models and conduct sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and the impact of strategic decisions.
  • Deliver thoughtful analysis of financial results and key performance drivers, translating them into concise, compelling, and actionable insights for leaders.
  • Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the impact of insights delivered.
  • Partner closely with Accounting and non‑Financial Operations teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of financial information and metrics.
  • Act as a thought leader within FP&A, elevating the role of finance as a strategic partner across the business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, a very quick thinker with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations and a drive for action.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Resourceful problem solver who is comfortable using AI tools to find solutions to problems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience building robust models that distill detailed planning down to clear presentation outputs.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator, able to present insights to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders, challenging assumptions while building strong relationships.
  • Optional – CPA, CFA, or enrollment in related certification programs.
Required Education and Experience
  • A degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in high‑growth SaaS or technology businesses.
