We're hiring a part-time Line / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is only for experienced cooks with a background in full-service restaurants. Please do not apply if you do not meet the listed requirements.

• Prep ingredients and maintain station setup for service
• Work the line during busy shifts with speed and precision
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes

• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in a full-service restaurant (not fast food or food court)
• Solid prep and knife skills; able to read and follow kitchen systems and specs
• Valid Ontario Food Handler Certificate (must be current)
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis

• You do not have real line cooking experience
• You do not have a valid Ontario Food Handler Certificate
• You are looking for your first job in a kitchen
