Qualifications

  • 10 years’ experience in Strategic Procurement with a minimum of 5 years managing an international team.
  • Experience running complex projects.
  • Advanced Procurement technical background & Contract Management.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English.

As a Sr Global Manager, PPM you'll manage a Global Team working on multiple nuclear projects, building procurement plans and contracting strategies for end-to-end delivery from concept to close. With your Supply Chain (RFx, Supplier Relationship, Contract Management) and technical background (mechanical, electrical, etc.) you'll lead the purchase of equipment and services, supporting the roadmap to NetZero 2050 and driving a change in the nuclear energy market.

You'll report to the Global Director, PPM GSCS with possibility of hybrid remote / in-office work arrangement. A 20-30% international travel will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a procurement team of 10 to 15 FTE, developing procurement strategies supporting the business.
  • Improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements and provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance.
  • Work with BU Leaders to understand their needs and ensure procurement supports overall goals.
  • Use the standard work and tools within the project, to identify and minimize the risk within the project procurement execution.
  • Be the main contact for the Project Execution with the different Department.
  • Ensure commercial compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's procurement procedures.
  • Explore the market in collaboration with the different teams to identify new technologies that create value for the end customer.
  • Consolidate and monitor the progress on the procurement projects execution.
  • Manage the All the budget (Travel, FTE , ...).
Qualifications
  • BA / BS / ME degree in business or engineering / Supply Chain Certification / Project Management knowledge.
  • 10 years’ experience in Strategic Procurement with a minimum of 5 years managing an international team.
  • Experience running complex projects.
  • Advanced Procurement technical background & Contract Management
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
