  • In‑depth understanding of the telecommunications industry, including key players, standards, permitting, easements, and best practices.
  • Experience working directly with major ISPs such as Bell, Rogers, Telus, TelMAX etc.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and develop effective contingency plans.
  • Exhibit strong leadership in preparing and communicating project financial forecasting and cost management, ensuring strategic financial planning and effective decision‑making.
  • Experience managing and leading design teams, including overseeing project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Demonstrate ability in identifying and capitalizing new business opportunities, driving strategic growth and innovation.
