A property management company in Yellowknife is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for routine maintenance and customer service. The ideal candidate will perform repairs, maintain grounds, and ensure safety while working in various conditions. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property. They must also provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents by making home and building maintenance repairs as well as providing the general upkeep of the community including its grounds, streets, facilities, and equipment, while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives and being EPIC.
