Are you a skilled and experienced Truck & Transport Technician looking for a rewarding career with a reputable heavy-duty repair shop? Look no further! Parts for Trucks is seeking a full-time, talented individual to join our team as a Truck & Transport Technician.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, buses, and petroleum tanks.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical problems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire replacements.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and meet customer expectations.
  • Accurately document all work performed and maintain detailed records.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in truck & coach technology.
Requirements
  • Licensed or Apprentice 310T Truck & Transport Technician.
  • Proven experience as a Truck & Coach Technician in a heavy-duty truck repair shop.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good manual dexterity and able to perform intermittent heavy lifting.
  • Valid Class G Driver’s License and acceptable driver’s abstract.
