We are currently seeking a dynamic result-oriented and motivated Senior Strategy Manager to be an integral part in growing the Sales Performance and Culture within our Technician Field teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformational team that drives tangible business outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This team is reimagining what can be provided by a best in class and trusted technician team, and the sky’s the limit!
With your passion for bringing meaningful changes to life, and excelling at taking products to market, you will set up our technician teams for success by ensuring that they are well informed about the latest product and pricing changes. In addition, working with our product and marketing teams, you’ll make sure that our technician needs are well understood and considered as our larger Go-To-Market plans are developed and executed.
You’ll be empowered to transform the way we engage with the teams we support – changing the way we communicate, go-to-market and overall drive channel adoption. Through collaboration with marketing, system & channel support teams, and peer enablement teams, you’ll develop and project manage immediate, mid-term and long-term improvement plans for our technician teams.
