In just two years, we’ve helped 3,000+ merchants across 12 verticals in North America, Europe, and Australia. Our Growth Pods operate like mini-business units — each one responsible for acquiring software partners, activating their merchants, and delivering sustained revenue growth.

The Role

We are looking for a driven, strategic Account Executive to act as a true extension of our sales leadership team. This role is not a traditional inbound AE position. You will work hand‑in‑hand with our software and platform partners to design, execute, and scale the most efficient and profitable strategies for penetrating their existing customer bases through integrated payment processing.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and prefers action over waiting. You will help define the strategy—and then personally execute it through outbound calling, partner enablement, and direct merchant engagement.

If you want to be a “right‑hand” operator who builds, tests, and scales GTM motions instead of inheriting a playbook, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Partner Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate directly with internal leadership and software partners to design go‑to‑market strategies for selling integrated payments into partner customer bases.
  • Identify the most efficient and profitable penetration paths (top segments, ideal customer profiles, sequencing, and messaging).
  • Act as the quarterback for partner initiatives—from strategy to execution to iteration.
Outbound & Revenue Generation
  • Proactively engage merchants within partner books of business via outbound calling, email, and direct outreach.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns tied to specific partners, verticals, or initiatives.
  • Move deals end‑to‑end: discovery, pricing strategy, proposal, close, and launch.
Initiative Ownership
  • Take ownership of new sales initiatives, pilots, and partner launches.
  • Test new approaches (scripts, offers, positioning) and quickly iterate based on results.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with partnerships, implementation, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term success.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve partner messaging, enablement materials, and product positioning.
Performance & Optimization
  • Track performance metrics and pipeline health across partners.
  • Continuously refine sales motions to increase close rates, speed to revenue, and partner satisfaction.

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats: strategist, operator, and closer.

What You Bring
