about this team

The Integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) Team exists to revolutionize the Product organization. We act as an internal consultancy that works with the business to identify, conceptualize and implement process optimization opportunities, allowing lululemon to deliver its long-term strategy. We always have the guest in mind when solutioning. Team members are essential thought partners with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, design, merchandising, supply chain, planning, marketing, region, brand, channels and more.

The GTM Operations Team sets the framework for the seasonal process, enabling the business to move from concept to market.

core responsibilities
  • Support and optimize the operations of the GTM process through systems and technology
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and integrity of GTM databases, systems and calendars
  • Responsible for the publish of the GTM calendar
  • Perform data gathering and synthesis to produce GTM KPI reporting and inform strategic improvements to the GTM process
  • Support with the implementation and maintenance of process enhancements and operational efficiencies
  • Support with the maintenance and creation of GTM learning modules and deliver GTM Tools Training sessions
qualifications
  • 3-5 years of working experience with a technical background in any of the following: business intelligence & analytics, informatics, economics, management consulting, finance, project management, computer programming
  • Experience in operations, particularly in Go-To-Market operations (bonus if apparel or vertical retail)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using or building in Airtable an asset
  • Advanced level Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros), Power Query. Programming skills an asset.
  • You are a clear, concise and confident communicator who lives to support the business.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
