Role: Bilingual Analyst, Settlement Operations

Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid

Reports to: Manager, Settlement Operations

Hours of Operations: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Status: Temporary

Role Overview

The Analyst, Settlement Operations focuses on processing and managing settlement and payment activities accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams, international offices, and external partners to ensure compliance with standard procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with numbers, advanced Excel and MS Office skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work under pressure across different time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure settlement records are accurate and comply with standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with SOPs and relevant resolutions.
  • Collaborate with country offices, clearing banks, IEP service providers, and internal stakeholders within and outside the GDC structure.
  • Execute settlement activities accurately and on time.
  • Provide additional support as requested by the Head of Settlement Operations.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience preferred; recent graduates with strong numerical skills are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
