We are looking for a Senior Economist Designer / Monetization
The Seekers of Tokane team is looking for a Senior Economist Designer / Monetization Designer to join our adventure.
Responsibilities :
- Build the game’s economy and progression alongside a team of 4 designers.
- Design and balance economic systems, monetization, and player progression.
- Define monetization strategies tailored to our free-to-play and crypto model.
- Work on loot systems, rarity, marketplaces, IAP, and in-game shops.
- Adjust the economy based on player feedback and analytical data.
Location :
Quebec (remote or hybrid).
Contract Type :
Freelance, monthly renewable contract. Ideally 6 months minimum if the fit is right.
Languages :
English required, French is a plus.
