A leading performance apparel company in Vancouver is seeking an experienced pricing strategist to develop global pricing strategies and lead a team of analysts. Candidates should have extensive experience in pricing and strategy consulting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with senior leaders. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 4 days onsite collaboration, and offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $157,400 to $206,600 annually, alongside various benefits including health plans, retirement matching, and employee discounts.

The Strategy team is a trusted partner in the development of long- and short-range global pricing strategies, working closely with many key cross functional partners, including merchandising, planning, finance, retail, and brand to assess and implement market, category and SKU level pricing opportunities globally.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $157,400-$206,600 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
